Attendees will enjoy a full brunch buffet, networking with other local women, be inspired by our Power Sister Panel, and listen to women pitch their business for a chance to win prizes.
Lil Sisters In Business: Thanks to our partnership with Confident S.O.L.E. we are also able to extend this experience to young ladies in 6th-12th grade. It is our goal to also help inspire the next generation of innovators and trailblazers.

During the brunch, sisters will be inspired by our Power Sister Panel. The Power Sister Panel is a way to showcase and highlight the diverse talent of boss women of color in our community. This year's panel is made up of women who use their business and or platform to empower and create space for other individuals to flourish. Panelists will also talk about the reality of balancing life and business!!!

This year, we are also providing space for young ladies in grades 6th-12th grade to pitch their business as well. Prizes for the youth competition is sponsored by Confident S.O.L.E.
